I started with a flat piece
of 18 gauge copper, sawed out a frame, annealed and
textured it, filed and sanded it to 1200 grit
smoothness. I drilled tiny holes in the frame and
twisted silver wire through the holes to hold the tiny
Czech glass leaves and flower components, making it
light and airy, catching all the light and sparkling
with every move you make. The frame can be adjusted to
sit well on any head, as a tiara, headband, crown, or
around your bun. I have stamped my initials inside.
More crowns will be available periodically, and each
one will be different and unique.
These are photos of some of
the crowns and tiaras I have made. Variations in
theme and color always available. You can also
wear some of them as necklaces. See all views
please.
For the crown/tiara/necklace collars, I have sawn
long rectangular holes in the ends so that your choice
of velvet or silk ribbon could be added.
